Kunobi has a free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is unlocked by a license tied to your Kunobi account, so once you're signed in with an entitled account the Pro features become available automatically.

Free vs Pro

Everything you need for day-to-day Kubernetes work is available for free. Pro raises limits and unlocks a set of advanced capabilities for teams and heavier workloads.

What Pro unlocks

Resource metrics - CPU, memory, and storage charts on pods and PVCs, and the option to point at your own Prometheus-compatible endpoint. See Kubernetes Operations.
Unlimited connected clusters - the free tier connects up to 3 clusters at once; Pro removes the limit. See Multi-Cluster Management.
Merged multi-stream logs - stream many pods into a single, time-ordered log viewer (free fans them out into separate viewers). See Terminal, Shells & Logs.
AI cluster operations - let the MCP server expose mutating write tools so an AI client can act on your cluster, under your approval controls. See MCP Server & Automation.
Additional cloud providers - some providers in the Cloud Providers extension require Pro.
Cilium - the Cilium extension's workspace requires Pro.

Activate Pro

There's no code to paste. When you sign in, Kunobi fetches and applies your license automatically, and keeps it refreshed in the background. If your account is entitled to Pro, the Pro features light up on their own.

Manage your license

Open the Account page and select the License section to see your current license status, its limits, and any re-authentication prompts. See Account & Login.
